Hailing from Portugal, these old casks were home to a selection of Tawny Ports for many years before making their way across the Atlantic to be filled with Doc Swinson’s blend of two five-year whiskeys. Exuding a rich amber color in the glass with aromas of wild red berries, drizzled caramel, and rich nuttiness, this world of flavors jumps around on your tongue.

TASTING NOTES: Dark chocolate tart cherry, toffee, tannin, toasted oak, cranberry
